The 4th annual "Tour de Coops" tour

is coming up in November.

Last year Hoke and I went and it was

very interesting and a lot of fun...

he says "been there, done that"

and doesn't want to go again... but I do?

any takers ?

 

The tickets go on sale

October 1st and are

$15.00 in advance...the date is Nov. 10th

What's happening!...

Does anyone else feel like "time flies" these days...

here it is already the middle of September

and the Holidays are just around the corner!

 

 

I love that we can finally feel a change in the weather...

but I have so many things I want to get done

and it's creeping in on us...sigh !

Rooster recliner...

I have this great, over-sized

Rooster Recliner that I recently

reupholstered...and now my

whole decor has changed and it

doesn't work for me anymore.

It's super comfortable and

basically brand new and needs

a new home  :)

 

It used to be a basic brown,

and now it's fun and whimsical...

Tipsy got "fixed" today and also

had a hernia repaired!

Who has a dog with a hernia...

we do, of course, who else!

What was I thinking?...

When Hoke decided he would run 6 miles

on his 60th birthday several months ago...

I didn't think it would ever happen

but when today came - me -

being the loving, supportive and devoted

wife that I am...

decided I would do it with him.

We didn't look pretty or

break any speed records, in fact,

this is just a bad episode of "Biggest Loser"

but we did it!

A day of plenty...

Today is this guys birthday... the big 6-0!

It is also  my sister Nelda's birthday

It's Emily and Brady's 10th wedding anniversary...

Congrats! and...

 

yes Hoke did it...met his goal...and ran 6 miles this morning!
