"Best part of my day"...

Every morning (almost)
we ride our bikes to the
high school track and
walk/run 3 mi. and then
ride the bikes home...

...the best thing about that is the
big ol' fresh fruit smoothie
we get  to "cool down" - yummo!

  2. I need to follow your example...and be better about exercising & morning scriptures! Good job! Everyone I talk to says they see you running at the track EVERY SINGLE morning. You're both amazing! (And so are dad's smoothies!)
